摘要

为解决煤矿井下施工钻孔过程中喷孔问题,使用传统防喷装置气水渣分离效率低,现场环境污染严重,水渣混合物转运不方便、运渣劳动强度大等问题,特设计出一种防喷孔及气水渣动态分离一体化装置,此装置包含孔口收集系统、气水渣分离系统、防喷孔冗余系统、瓦斯抽采系统、煤岩渣运输系统,利用此 5 个系统分别完成喷孔防治、气水渣收集与分离、煤岩渣运输,实现环保、高效、经济的处理喷孔问题.并经煤矿井下现场试验与分析,表明了该装置具备使用成本低、操作简单、可靠性高、气水渣分离效果好、环境污染小等特点,取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of spray holes in the drilling process of coal mine underground construction,a traditional spray prevention device is used,which has low efficiency in separating gas,water,and slag,serious environmental pollution on site,inconvenient transportation of water and slag mixtures,and high labor intensity in slag transportation.A spray prevention hole and dynamic separation integrated device for gas,water and slag are specially designed.This device includes a hole collection system,a gas,water,and slag separation system,a redundant spray prevention hole system,and a gas extraction system,and the coal and rock slag transportation system,utilizes these five systems to complete the prevention and control of spray holes,collection and separation of gas,water and slag,and transportation of coal and rock slag,achieving environmentally friendly,efficient,and economical treatment of spray hole problems.Through on-site testing and analysis in coal mines,it has been shown that the device has the characteristics of low operating cost,simple operation,high reliability,good gas water slag separation effect,and low environmental pollution,and has achieved good application results.
