淮南矿区高位定向长钻孔大直径筛管瓦斯抽采技术

为解决高位定向长钻孔在治理采空区瓦斯中,瓦斯抽采通道易堵塞影响瓦斯抽采效果的问题,提出了高位定向长钻孔内全孔段下筛管技术,通过对高位定向长钻孔全孔段下不同直径筛管技术研究,在潘三矿开展现场试验,试验结果表明,全孔段下φ73 mm大直径筛管能够有效提高高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,不仅提高了钻孔瓦斯抽采稳定性和有效抽采孔段比例,而且钻孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度由 19%提高至 45%,形成了适用于淮南矿区顶板高位定向长钻孔大直径筛管治理采动卸压瓦斯技术,显著提高淮南矿区采动卸压瓦斯治理效果.
Technology of Gas Drainage with Large Diameter Screen Pipe of High-level Directional Long Borehole in Huainan Mining Area
In order to solve the problem that the gas drainage channel is easy to block and affect the gas drainage effect in the management of the gas in the goaf of the high-level directional long borehole,the technology of the lower screen pipe in the full-hole section of the high-level directional long borehole is proposed.Research on the technology of screen pipe with different diameters under the full-hole section of the borehole.Field test in Pansan mine.The test results show that the large-diameter φ73 mm screen pipe under the full-hole section can effectively improve the gas drainage effect of high-leveldirectional long boreholes and not only improve the drilling hole gas drainage stability and effective drainage hole section ratio,and the average gas drainage concentration of boreholes has been increased from 19%to 45%,formed a gas drainage technology suitable for high-level directional long boreholes and large diameter screen pipe in Huainan mining area,improve the efficiency of gas control in the goaf of Huainan mining area.
