为了有效地解决现有综采面采煤机截煤跟踪降尘系统各设备间由于有线连接的安装难度大、线路易扯断、维护繁琐等问题,设计了一种基于无线通信的采煤机截煤跟踪喷雾系统.阐述了系统的总体结构,介绍了采煤机定位发射器和定位接收器的设计原理,重点介绍了喷雾控制箱的硬件设计、软件设计以及低功耗设计过程.通过在实验室搭建模拟系统,进行了喷雾功能实验,结果表明:该系统各设备之间采用无线通信,减少了中间的线路连接,安装及维护简单,系统能够按照设定的系统喷雾参数,控制电动球阀的开启和关闭,实现采煤机滚筒附近的喷雾降尘.
Design of Cutting Coal and Wireless Tracking Dust Removal System of Shearer in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In order to effectively solve the problems of hard installation,broken wire and cumbersome maintenance among the equipment of the coal cutting tracking and dust removal system of fully mechanized face shearer,a coal cutting tracking and spraying system based on wireless communication is designed.The general structure of the system is described,the design principle of the shearer positioning transmitter and positioning receiver is introduced,and the hardware design,software design and low power design process of the spray control box are emphasized.The simulation system was set up in the laboratory,and the spray function experiment was carried out.The results showed that wireless communication was adopted between the devices of the system,which reduced the intermediate line connection,and the installation and maintenance were simple.The system could control the opening and closing of the electric ball valve according to the set system spray parameters,and realize the spray dust removal near the shearer drum.
