目前锚杆转载机组的行进由现场操作手使用遥控装置操作完成,但掘锚成套装备所在煤矿巷道段空间狭小、煤尘量大、光线不足,工作环境恶劣,给操作人员的身体健康和人身安全带来一定的隐患.且由操作员遥控操作两车在很大程度上依赖于操作员的自我判断,可能存在一定偏差.为解决上述问题,设计了一套基于UWB的锚杆转载机组自动跟进系统.该系统在陕西榆林柠条塔煤矿项目中应用效果良好.
Study and Application of Intelligent Perception System of Bolt Transfer Unit
At present,the movement of the bolt transfer unit is completed by the field operator using the remote control device,but the coal mine roadway section where the complete equipment of digging anchor is located has small space,large amount of coal dust,insufficient light,and bad working environment,which brings certain hidden dangers to the health and personal safety of the operators.And the remote control operation of two vehicles by the operator largely depends on the operator′s self-judgment,there may be a certain deviation.In order to solve these problems,an intelligent perception system of bolt transfer unit base on UWB is developed.The system was applied to the Ningtiaota coal mine supply project in Yulin,Shaanxi province,and good effect has been achieved.
