摘要

针对含油污水处理,进行了基于超声波辅助反冲洗过滤的试验研究,试验考察了滤芯初试压差、无超声/超声反冲洗时间对滤芯压差的影响、超声功率密度对滤芯反冲洗压差的影响、不同反冲流量下,超声反冲时间对反冲过滤液中含油量的影响、滤料超声反冲洗再生能力、无超声/超声过滤滤芯反冲洗含油量对比等因素.通过该实验研究结果表明,超声辅助反冲洗过滤含油和聚合物污水效果良好,在反冲洗流量为 65 L/min、反冲洗超声功率密度为 1.7 W/cm2、反冲时间 17 min时,超声辅助反冲洗滤芯过滤效率较无超声作用滤芯过滤效率高,其滤芯过滤效率分别为 93.81%、43.50%.

Abstract

The oily wastewater was filtered by the experiment of based on ultrasonic assisted backwash,this experiment studied the initial differential pressure of filter elment,studied the impact of differential pressure of filter ement under different backwash time by withnot ultrasonic or ultrasonic backwash,studied the impact of differential pressure of filter elemnt under different ultrasonic power,studied the impact of oil content of filtered fluid under different ultrasonic backwash flows and time,studied the regeneration ability of filter elment by ultrasonic backwash,studied the oil content of filter element by compared withnot ultrasonic and ultrasonic backwash,such as factors.This experimental results showed that well effect was obtained by ultrasonic assisted backwash in filtering oily water and polymer wastewater,under the ultrasonic backwash flows was 65 L/min,the power density was 1.7 W/cm2,the ultrasonic backwash time was 17 min,the better results was obtained by compared ultrasonic assisted backwash and withnot ultrasonic assisted backwash,the filtration efficiency of filter elment was respectively obtained,93.81%and 43.50%.
