考虑齿圈柔性的采煤机截割部行星传动动态特性研究

为研究均质煤层及夹矸煤层 2 种煤体工况下的采煤机截割部行星传动系统响应特点,综合考虑各构件的支撑刚度、轮齿啮合刚度及齿圈柔性等因素,建立了截割部行星传动平移-扭转耦合动力学模型.分别分析了刚性/柔性齿圈行星传动系统在2种煤体工况下的太阳轮与行星轮啮合力波动变化特点、行星架输出转速变化规律以及太阳轮中心浮动轨迹曲线.研究发现柔性齿圈状态下,太阳轮与行星轮啮合力幅值呈长周期波动变化,均质煤层工况下的齿圈柔性改善了两轮的啮合力状态且对行星架输出转速波动具有一定的稳定作用,研究成果可为传动系统的设计提供一定的理论指导作用.
Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Planetary Drive in Cutting Section of Coal Mining Machine Considering Flexibility of Toothed Ring
In order to study the response characteristics of the planetary drive system of the cutting section of the coal mining machine under the two coal body conditions of homogeneous coal seam and gangue coal seam,the translational-torsional coupling dynamics model of the planetary drive of the cutting section,which takes into account the flexibility of the tooth ring,is established by taking into account the support stiffness of the components,the meshing rigidity of the tooth and the tooth ring flexibility and other factors.Rigid/flexible ring planetary drive system in two kinds of coal body working conditions in the sun wheel and planetary wheel meshing force fluctuation characteristics,the planetary frame transmission speed change rule and the sun wheel center floating trajectory curve were analyzed.It is found that the amplitude of the meshing force between the sun wheel and the planetary wheel is fluctuating in a long period under the state of flexible ring,and the flexibility of the ring under the condition of homogeneous coal seam improves the state of the meshing force of the two wheels and has a certain stabilizing effect on the fluctuation of the planetary rack output speed,and the research results can provide a certain theoretical guidance for the design of the transmission system.
