350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉耦合协调全负荷脱硝研究与实践

通过对现有循环流化床机组烟气氮氧化物排放浓度进一步降低的限制因素进行综合研判,提出了 350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组在不同负荷时的脱硝技术组合及运行控制策略.项目实施后,提前2年达到环保部门全负荷脱硝要求,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,在同类型循环流化床机组中具有良好的示范效果.
Research and practice on coupled and coordinated full load denitrification of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler
Through a comprehensive analysis of the limiting factors for further reducing the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions in the flue gas of existing circulating fluidized bed units,a combination of denitrification technology and operational control strategies for 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler units at different loads was proposed.After the project was implemented,it met the full load denitrification requirements of the environmental protection department two years in advance,achieving significant social and e-conomic benefits.It has a good demonstration effect in the same type of circulating fluidized bed unit.
