深井膏体充填开采支承压力与采空区应力分布规律研究

随着煤炭开采强度增高,采空区上覆岩层运动导致矿山灾害频发,膏体充填作为阻碍上覆岩层运动的重要措施,研究膏体充填对工作面开采覆岩运动规律的影响对矿山安全生产至关重要.为明确膏体充填效果,通过安装应力计获取超前支承压力、侧向支承压力、膏体应力等相关信息.监测结果表明,超前支承压力的扰动过程可分为初始影响及显著影响2个阶段;超前工作面时,侧向22 m外的煤体基本不受侧向支承压力影响;深入采空区后,侧向支承压力影响范围约为20 m;膏体的应力变化大致分为快速增长及稳定增长2个阶段,采空区顶板与膏体初期接触导致应力快速增加,当顶板运动结束后,膏体应力保持稳定.
Study on support pressure and goaf stress distribution law of deep well paste filling mining
With the increase of coal mining intensity,the overlying rock movement in the mining area leads to the frequent occurrence of mine disasters.As an important method to obstruct the overlying rock movement,it is crucial to clarify the influence of paste filling on the overlying rock movement law of working face mining for mine safety production.To clarify the filling effect of the paste,relevant in-formation such as advanced support pressure,lateral support pressure,and paste stress were obtained by installing a stress gauge.The monitoring results show that:the disturbance of the advanced support pressure can be divided into two stages.When advancing the work-ing face,the coal body outside the lateral 22 m is basically not affected by the lateral support pressure;after deepening the goaf,the range of influence of lateral support pressure is about 20 m.The stress changes of the paste can be roughly divided into two stages:rapid growth stage and stable growth stage,the initial contact between the roof and floor in the goaf leads to a rapid increase in stress,and when the roof movement ends,the paste stress remains stable.
