滨湖煤矿薄煤层巷道支护参数优化研究

随着煤炭资源的日益稀少,薄煤层开采逐渐受到重视.滨湖煤矿作为主采煤层为薄煤层的矿井,企业生产效益较低,需要通过各种合理途径节支降耗、增加效能.基于12131工作面材料巷实际条件,通过锚杆支护参数理论计算得到了巷道支护各参数的合理范围,在原支护方案基础上,以调整锚杆间排距的方式提出了 2种巷道支护优化设计方案.通过数值模拟方式,比较了不同支护方案下巷道的围岩变形、应力分布及塑性区分布,最终确定了优选支护方案,并提出了现场加强支护措施.
Study on optimization of support parameters for thin coal seam roadways in Binhu Coal Mine
With the increasing scarcity of coal resources,the mining of thin coal seams has gradually received attention.As the main mining seam in Binhu Coal Mine is a thin coal seam,the production efficiency of the enterprise is relatively low,so various reasonable ways are needed to save costs,reduce consumption,and increase efficiency.Based on the actual conditions of the material roadway in the No.12131 working face,this paper obtained the reasonable range of roadway support parameters through theoretical calculation of bolt support parameters.Based on the original support scheme,two optimal design schemes for roadway support were proposed by adjusting the row spacing between bolts.Through numerical simulation,the deformation,stress distribution,and plastic zone distribution of sur-rounding rock in the roadway under different support schemes were compared,and the optimal support scheme was finally determined,and on-site strengthening support measures were proposed.
