基于VCSEL激光器,研制了高性能低功耗激光甲烷传感器,并进行了实际应用.该激光甲烷传感器具有响应快速、灵敏度高、抗光学与电子干扰性能优、无接触性检测且选择性强等优点,解决了当今煤矿井下广泛使用的热催化式甲烷传感器存在的零点易漂移、电气功耗高、使用周期短、易受其他有毒有害气体干扰、易受现场湿度和温度影响等诸多问题,提高了安全监测监控系统的可靠性.
Research and application of laser methane sensor based on VCSEL laser
A high performance and low power consumption laser methane sensor was developed based on VCSEL laser and applied in practical applications.This laser methane sensor has the advantages of rapid response,high sensitivity,excellent anti optical and elec-tronic interference performance,non-contact detection and strong selectivity.It has solved many problems of the widely used thermal cat-alytic methane sensor in coal mines today,such as easy zero drift,high electrical power consumption,short service cycle,susceptibility to interference from other toxic and harmful gases,and susceptibility to on-site humidity and temperature,and improves the reliability of safety monitoring and control systems.
