煤自燃过程中气体产物特性及预测指标气体选择实验研究

采集大海则煤矿20101工作面煤样,分别在氧浓度为20.96%、18%、12%、7%、5%、3%的条件下开展了程序升温实验,研究煤自燃过程中气体产物特性,获得了不同氧浓度下煤自燃生成的气体产物类别及浓度变化规律,分析了不同氧浓度下O2、CO、CO2、CH4、C2H6、C3H8、C2H4、链烷比、烷烯比随温度变化的规律,在此基础上对大海则20101工作面煤自燃预测预报的指标气体进行了优选.研究结果为大海则煤矿煤自燃预测预报提供了依据.
Experimental study on gas product characteristics and predictive indicators in coal spontaneous combustion process and gas selection
In this paper,program heating experiments were carried out on the coal samples from the No.20101 working face of Dahaize Coal Mine with oxygen concentrations of 20.96%,18%,12%,7%,5%and 3%,respectively.The characteristics of gas products dur-ing coal spontaneous combustion were studied,and the types and concentration changes of gas products generated by coal spontaneous combustion under different oxygen concentrations were obtained,the variation laws along the temperature of O2、CO、CO2、CH4、C2H6、C3H8、C2H4,chain to alkane ratio,and alkane to olefin ratio under different oxygen concentrations were analyzed.On this basis,the pre-dictive indicator gas of coal spontaneous combustion in the No.20101 working face of Dahaize were optimized,and the research results provided a basis for predicting coal spontaneous combustion in Dahaize Coal Mine.
