综掘机在大倾角下山岩巷掘进中"回退"能力受制约,胶带机的运行故障影响掘进效率,针对综掘机履带"抓地"能力不足、掘进面积水、二运胶带洒货和胶带机倾倒、断带、矸石滑落、运料困难等问题,通过增加综掘机履带与底板接触面积、利用加长油缸驱动提高其行走能力,增加胶带机防滑、防飞矸断带装置减少其运行故障,取得了良好效果,提高了施工质量和掘进效率.
Technology improvement of large dip downhill fully-mechanized excavation in rock roadway
The ability of the fully-mechanized excavator to"retreat"in the excavation of the rock roadway of the large dip downhill is limited,and the operation failure of the belt conveyor affects the excavation efficiency.In order to address the problems of insufficient"grip"ability of the track of the fully-mechanized excavator,upstream water accumulation during excavation,dumping,breaking of the secondary conveyor belt,sliding of gangue,and difficulty in material transportation,the contact area between the track and the floor of the fully-mechanized excavator was increased.The use of extended oil cylinders to drive and improve its walking ability,as well as the addition of anti slip and anti fly debris belt breaking devices for the tape conveyor,has reduced its operational failures and achieved good results,improving construction quality and excavation efficiency.
