Study on width of yield interval coal pillar during final mining of fully-mechanized mining face
In view of the technical problems such as roof bench subsidence and frame pressing caused by advanced breakage of the basic roof during the final mining of fully-mechanized mining face, this article took No.1502 working face of the first mining area in Shaozhai Coal Mine as the engineering background, analyzed the mechanism of controlling the surrounding rock of stop mining and allow pressure retreat channel, and determined the reasonable position of stopping mining and yield pressure. In view of the characteristics of coal pillar instability such as suddenness and instantaneous impact destructiveness, based on the cusp catastrophe theory,it was theoretically con-cluded that the width of the coal pillar at the time of stopping mining and yielding pressure was 5.6m.Through analysis of its influen-cing factors,it can be seen that the cohesive force C0 at the interface of the coal layer and the lateral pressure coefficient A at the elastic-plastic interface have the most significant impact on it.Finally, when the interval between the coal pillars was 6.0 m,the working face would stop mining and yield pressure. The on-site mine pressure monitoring indicated that there were no frame pressing and roof falling accidents during the penetration period, and the fully-mechanized mining equipment was safely withdrawn.
