大采高智能工作面矿压显现规律研究

随着采煤工作面智能化进程的不断推进,准确掌握工作面矿压显现规律对围岩控制十分重要.针对红庆梁煤矿大采高智能工作面矿压显现问题,采用现场实测和理论分析方法,研究了工作面来压参数和显现特征,并对支架工作性能进行评价.研究表明:①初次来压步距为46.0~64.1 m,来压强度为13 085.6~14 509.9 kN;②周期来压步距为14.1~18.0 m,来压强度为13 045.7~14 809.5 kN.通过对支架工作阻力实测分析,得出现采用支架额定工作阻力满足顶板支护需求,且支护性能发挥较好.
Study on mine pressure behavior law of intelligent working face with large mining height
With the continuous advancement of the intelligent process of coal mining face,it is very important to accurately grasp the law of mine pressure in working face for surrounding rock control.Aiming at the problem of mine pressure behavior in large mining height intelligent working face of Hongqingliang Coal Mine,the field measurement and theoretical analysis methods were used to study and ana-lyze the pressure parameters and characteristics of the working face,and the evaluation of the working performance of the support.The fol-lowing conclusions were obtained:①The initial weighting step was 46.0~64.1 m,and the weighting strength was 13 085.6~14 509.9 kN;②The periodic weighting step was 14.1~18.0 m,and the weighting strength was 13 045.7~14 809.5 kN.Through actual measurement and analysis of the working resistance of the support,it was concluded that the rated working resistance of the support can meet the demand of roof support,and the support performance was well performed.
