井下灰岩泥岩互层段定向钻孔高效钻进工艺

针对定向长钻孔在灰岩、泥岩互层段,极易出现塌孔、卡钻等孔内复杂情况,导致钻孔钻进效率低的问题,根据大量现场实践得出,通过控制开孔倾角,加强标志层把控,预防钻孔塌孔.综合采用螺纹钻杆透孔、带压注浆封隔和1.75°螺杆开分支相结合的工艺,处理钻孔塌孔.实际应用表明,该工艺可有效解决灰岩、泥岩互层段钻孔塌孔的问题,较大幅度提升了钻进效率,为淮南矿区等类似条件矿井的定向长钻孔施工提供了宝贵经验.
Efficient drilling technology of directional drilling for interbedded sections of limestone and mudstone underground mine
In response to the problem of complex situations such as collapse and jamming in the interbedded limestone and mudstone sections of directional long drilling,which leads to low drilling efficiency,based on a large amount of on-site practice,it was found that by controlling the inclination angle of the borehole,strengthening the control of the marker layer,and preventing borehole collapse.A comprehensive process combining threaded drill pipe penetration,pressurized grouting sealing,and 1.75 ° screw branching was adopted to deal with borehole collapse.Practical applications showed that this technology can effectively solve the problem of borehole collapse in interbedded sections of limestone and mudstone,greatly improving drilling efficiency,and providing valuable experience for directional long drilling construction in mines with similar conditions such as Huainan mining area.
