深井半煤岩巷破坏机理及支护参数研究

为探究深井半煤岩巷的破坏机理,验证支护参数的合理性,以山脚树煤矿211011回风巷为背景,研究了深井半煤岩巷道的破坏机理,结合工程实况对支护参数进行了验证.研究结果表明,深井半煤岩巷的破坏往往从煤层处开始向着岩层发展,巷道受应力作用煤层部分先破坏,岩层部分后破坏;在深井半煤岩巷支护时,需要提高煤层处的支护强度来保障巷道围岩稳定.现场矿压观测结果表明,本次支护参数合理可行,可有效保证工作面安全生产.
Study on failure mechanism and supporting parameters of coal-rock roadway in deep well
In order to explore the failure mechanism of the deep semi-coal rock roadway and verify the rationality of the supporting pa-rameters,this paper took the No.211011 return airway of the Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine as the research background,the failure mechanism of deep semi-coal rock roadway was studied,and the supporting parameters were verified in combination with engineering conditions.The results show that the failure of the deep semi-coal rock roadway often starts from the coal seam to the rock layer,the roadway is sub-jected to stress,and the coal seam part is first destroyed,while the rock layer part is destroyed later.When supporting the semi-coal rock roadway in the deep well,it is necessary to increase the supporting strength at the coal seam to ensure the stability of the roadway.The on-site mine pressure observation results indicate that the supporting parameters are reasonable and feasible,which can effectively en-sure the safety production of the working face.
