Research on failure characteristics and supporting technology of surrounding rock in gob-side entry driving of close-distance underlying coal seam
The mining of the overlying coal seams and adjacent working faces of this coal seam in close proximity has caused superim-posed stress disturbance,making it difficult to control the stability of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in the lower section of the underlying coal seam.This paper took the close-distance coal seam mining conditions of the No.72210 working face in Xutuan Coal Mine as the engineering background,simulated and analyzed the surrounding rock stress evolution and damage characteristics of the re-turn airway of No.72210 working face under the mining of the overlying 7 1 coal seam and the mining of the adjacent working face of the underlying 72 coal seam.Based on the concept of integrated long anchor reinforcement supporting for rock mass damage caused by min-ing gob-side entry driving in close-distance coal seamsthe supporting parameters of return airway in No.72210 working face were pro-posed and industrial tests were successfully carried out to realize the stability control of this type of surrounding rock,which can provide reference for roadway support under similar conditions.
