控制巷道围岩变形是巷道支护面临的首要问题,钢带作为巷道联合支护构件中的关键一环,能够增大锚杆+钢带支护的作用范围,提高其支护能力.以单一W型钢带为例,利用理论计算与实际参数校验的方式对单一W型钢带的承载能力进行了计算,结果表明:①锚杆作用范围有限,上覆不稳定岩体有一部分作用在钢带上,并与锚杆的间排距有关;②采用材料力学方法,得出单一钢带的承载能力计算公式,发现单一钢带的承载能力主要由钢带强度、钢带弹性模量以及钢带断面的惯性矩决定;③通过实际巷道锚杆+钢带支护参数,对单一钢带的承载能力计算公式进行了校验,能够满足需求.
Research on bearing capacity of mining W-shaped steel belt
Controlling the deformation of surrounding rock in roadways has always been the primary issue facing roadway supporting,and the steel belt,as a key member of the joint supporting member of the roadway,can enhance the range of action of the anchor+steel belt supporting and greatly increase its supporting capacity.In this paper,the bearing capacity of single W-shaped steel belt was calcu-lated by means of theoretical calculation and actual parameter verification,and the results showed that:①The scope of anchor rod action was limited,and part of the overlying unstable rock acted on the belt,and was related to the inter-row distance of anchor rod;②The bearing capacity calculation formula of single steel belt was calculated by means of material mechanics,and it was found that the bearing capacity of a single steel strip is mainly determined by the strength of the steel belt,the elastic modulus of the steel belt,and the moment of inertia of the steel belt section.③The load carrying capacity formula of single steel belt was checked by the actual roadway anchor+steel belt supporting parameters,and it can meet the requirements.
