大倾角煤层采空区N2运移规律研究

基于东峡煤矿大倾角煤层的特点,构建了相似模拟实验系统,开展了不同倾角煤层采空区注N2惰化实验,实验结果表明,采空区地板区域,沿着工作面走向方向,N2运移后基本呈"L"型分布,且采空区深部N2的分布影响范围更广;空间范围内,采空区走向上,N2运移分布规律为高处范围广、低处范围窄的"倒梯形".结合东峡煤矿37121-1工作面实际情况,得出应在运输巷采空区侧注N2,现场实际应用效果表面防灭火效果较好.
Research on N2 migration law in goaf of large inclined coal seam
Based on the characteristics of the large inclined coal seam in Dong-xia Coal Mine,a similar simulation experiment system was constructed to carry out N2 injection inertization experiments in the goaf of different inclined coal seams.The experimental results showed that in the floor area of the goaf,along the direction of the working face,the N2 migration exhibited a basic L-shaped distribution after transportation,and the distribution range of N2 in the deeper part of the goaf was wider.Within the spatial range,the distribution pattern of N2 migration in the goaf along the strike direction formed an inverted trapezoid shape,with a wider range in higher areas and a narrower range in lower areas.Combined with the actual situation of the 37121-1 working face in Dong-xia Coal Mine,it is concluded that N2 should be injected into the goaf on the lower side of the downstream entry,the actual application effect on-site has a good surface fire prevention and extinguishing effect
