梁北矿复杂煤岩层以孔代巷治理瓦斯技术及应用

瓦斯治理是矿井安全生产的重要工作,也是保障煤矿安全的关键手段.梁北煤矿为高突矿井,瓦斯赋存条件及地质构造复杂,瓦斯风险演化复杂且影响因素多,灾害防控难度极大.为提高梁北煤矿的瓦斯防治水平,提出复杂煤岩层以孔代巷治理瓦斯技术,该技术是基于煤层顶板的垂直"三带"分布特征及抽采数值模拟分析结果,利用定向钻机在32021工作面设计并施工定向高位钻孔来抽采工作面及采空区上隅角瓦斯.抽采结果表明,回采工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度由原来的0.8%~1.0%降低至0.1%以下,钻孔瓦斯抽采的浓度为28.16%~43.76%,平均35.65%,瓦斯抽采纯量在5.26~7.28 m3/min.该技术显著提高了矿井瓦斯治理水平,节省了大量的防突成本,研究成果可以为其他存在类似矿井瓦斯治理提供一定借鉴意义.
Gas control technology and application of"replacing roadways with holes"in complex coal and rock layers of Liangbei Coal Mine
Gas control is an important work for mine safety production and a key means to ensure coal mine safety.Liangbei Coal Mine is a high-outburst mine with complex gas occurrence conditions and geological structures.The gas risk evolution is complex and there are many influencing factors,making disaster prevention and control extremely difficult.In order to improve the gas prevention and con-trol level of Liangbei Coal Mine,this paper proposed a gas control technology of"holes instead of roadways"in complex coal rock stra-ta.This technology is based on the vertical"three-zone"distribution characteristics of the coal seam roof and the numerical simulation analysis results of extraction.It uses directional drilling machines to design and construct directional high-level boreholes in the No.32021 working face to extract gas from the upper corners of the working face and goaf.The extraction results showed that the gas concen-tration in the upper corner of the mining face decreased from the original 0.8%~1.0%to below 0.1%.The concentration of gas ex-traction from boreholes was 28.16%~43.76%,with an average of 35.65%.The pure gas extraction amount was 5.26~7.28 m3/min.This technology has significantly improved the level of mine gas control and saved a lot of anti outburst costs.The research results can provide certain reference significance for other similar mine gas control.
