伯方煤矿采空区"三带"分布特征及在高位长钻孔抽采中的应用

为提高伯方煤矿3305工作面采空区瓦斯抽采效果,通过数值模拟分析了工作面不同推进距离时覆岩垮落与裂隙演化规律,进而确定了 3305工作面采空区"三带"高度;最后分析定向高位长钻孔布置层位选择,并在3305工作面开展了定向高位长钻孔抽采效果考察.结果表明,3305工作面上覆岩层垮落带的最大高度为17.5 m,而裂隙带的最大高度则为56 m.定向高位长钻孔的瓦斯抽采量在2.06~11.09 m3/min,瓦斯抽采浓度保持在一个较高水平,平均浓度达到44%,表明定向高位长钻孔终孔位置位于裂隙带的中下部能够高效的抽采采空区瓦斯.
Distribution characteristics of"three-zone"in Bofang Coal Mine goaf and its application in high and long drilling extraction
In order to improve the efficiency of goaf gas extraction in No.3305 working face of Bofang Coal Mine,the evolution law of over-lying rock caving and fractures at different advancing distances of the working face was analyzed through numerical simulation,and then to determine the height of the"three-zone"of the No.3305 working face.Furthermore,the height of the"three-zone"in the goaf of the No.3305 working face was determined.Finally,the selection of directional high-level long borehole layout layers were analyzed,and the extrac-tion effect of directional high-level long boreholes was investigated in the No.3305 working face.The results of this study indicated that the maximum height of overlying rock caving zone on the No.3305 working face of Bofang Coal Mine are 17.5 m,while the maximum height of the caving zone is 56 m.The gas extraction amount of the directional high-level long borehole ranges from 2.06~11.09 m3/min,and the gas extraction concentration maintains at a high level,with an average concentration of 44%.It shows that the final hole of the high-level long borehole is located in the middle and lower part of the fracture zone,which can effectively extract the gas in the goaf.
