双柳矿切顶留巷碎石帮变形机理及控制对策

以双柳煤矿7煤右一工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析与现场工程应用相结合,对切顶留巷碎石帮变形机理及控制技术进行了研究.研究表明,采空区侧的矸石垮落情况对碎石帮挡矸结构变形有很大影响,垮落大块矸石会对挡矸产生很强的冲击力,垮落的速度较慢则会导致垮落矸石压实稳定后作用在挡矸结构上的侧向压力增大,挡矸结构在侧向冲击及挤压下容易产生大变形.为了减小矸石块度,加快顶板垮落速度,增加碎石帮支护强度,提出了深浅孔组合切缝爆破技术辅以松动爆破技术的切顶方案以及"斜撑单体+可伸缩U型钢+金属网+U型钢拉板+焊接钢板+端部锚杆"的碎石帮联合支护体系并应用于现场.经过现场实测表明,成巷效果良好.
Deformation mechanism and control measures of gravel gang in roof cutting roadway of Shuangliu Coal Mine
By combining theoretical analysis and field engineering application,the deformation mechanism and control technology of the gravel gang in roof cutting roadway were researched with the engineering background of the right one working face of the 7 th coal seam in Shuangliu Coal Mine.The study shows that the gangue collapse on the side of the mining area has a great influence on the deforma-tion of the gangue blocking structure,the collapse of large gangue will produce a strong impact on the blocking gangue,and the slow col-lapse speed will lead to the increase of the lateral pressure on the blocking structure after the compaction and stabilization of the col-lapsed gangue,and the blocking structure is easy to produce large deformation under the lateral impact and extrusion.In order to reduce the size of the gangue blocks,speed up the roof collapse speed,increase the strength of the rubble gang supporting,a combination of deep and shallow hole slitting blasting technology supplemented by loose blasting technology roof cutting program and"diagonal support monolith+retractable U-beam+metal mesh+U-beam tie plate+welded steel plate+end anchor"rubble gang joint support system was proposed and applied to the site.After the field measurement,it shows that the effect of roadway construction is good.
