Study on application of monorail crane transportation technology in No.13902 fully-mechanized mining face
In response to the situation of large undulations in the No.13902 working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,high degree of floor uplift,winding roadways,and long transportation distances,in this paper,the application of monorail crane auxiliary transportation system was studied from three aspects of equipment operation and transportation technology application effect.The results show that a complete set of monorail crane network system can be formed in each roadway,which can complete the transportation task with large transportation volume,realize the reduction of manpower and improvement of efficiency,realize trackless transportation,and reduce the support transportation accidents,the utility model saves transportation resources and reduces safety risk,and provides reference and ref-erence for applying monorail crane transportation system in other mines.
