Law and intelligent prediction design of roof breaking instability of fully-mechanized mining face of thick coal seam in Xiegou Coal Mine
With the rapid development of intelligent fully-mechanized mining face in coal mine,the law of roof breaking instability and the intelligent prediction of pressure have become urgent problems to be solved.The solution of the problem is of great significance to further improve the intelligent control system of fully-mechanized mining face and prevent the occurrence of stope roof disasters.There-fore,based on the engineering and technical background of the fully-mechanized mining face of thick coal seam in Xiegou Coal Mine,combined with the geological characteristics and production technical conditions of the coal and rock,this paper used numerical simula-tion method to study the roof breaking law and stress evolution characteristics of the working face,and analyzed the characteristics of mine pressure display caused by roof breaking instability and its influence on the stability of coal and rock and support.Nine character-istic parameters were determined as the characteristic information to reflect the roof breaking instability,and as the basic parameters of intelligent mine pressure monitoring and warning model.Therefore,the intelligent sensing system of multi-parameter information of mine pressure was designed,providing a new idea for intelligent mine pressure monitoring and early warning in fully-mechanized coal mine.
