针对浅埋煤层支护强度不合理的问题,以某矿浅埋煤层工作面地质条件为工程背景,通过理论计算获得巷道初步支护方案,进一步运用数值模拟技术进行巷道支护参数优化,并验证了巷道的稳定性.结果表明,锚杆为 φ18 mm × 2 100 mm,间排距 1 100 mm × 1 200 mm,锚索为 φ15.24 mm × 6 500 mm,沿巷道中线布置1列,排距为3 300 mm时,在保证支护效果的情况下,回采巷道整体上围岩变形和破坏范围较小,更有利于保障矿井生产安全,提高经济效益.研究成果可为合理设计浅埋巷道支护方案提供经验借鉴.
Supporting design and parameter optimization of mining roadway in shallow buried coal seam working face
Regarding the issue of unreasonable supporting strength in shallow buried coal seams,taking the geological conditions of a shallow coal seam working face in a mine as the engineering background,the preliminary supporting scheme of the roadway was obtained through theoretical calculation,and the numerical simulation technology was further used to optimize the roadway supporting parameters,and the stability of the roadway was verified.The results showed that when the bolt was φ18 mm ×2 100 mm,the row spacing was 1 100 mm × 1 200 mm,the anchor cable was φ15.24 mm x6 500 mm,one column was arranged along the middle line of the roadway,when the row spacing was 3 300 mm,under the condition of ensuring the supporting effect,the deformation and failure range of the surround-ing rock of the mining roadway were small as a whole,which was more conducive to ensuring the safety of mine production and impro-ving economic benefits.The research results provide experience and reference for the rational design of shallow buried roadway support-ing scheme.
