Mechanical performance study of polypropylene biaxially stretching mesh supporting for strip filling roadway
According to the need of reinforcement supporting in strip filling mining,based on the engineering conditions of No.1 filling face in Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry,the deformation law of roadway after protective mesh supporting of different materials was studied,the stress distribution of metal protective mesh and polypropylene biaxially stretching protective mesh in roadway supporting was ana-lyzed,the supporting effect of different mesh on roadway was evaluated,and taking into account the construction cost,material cost,and engineering cost,a comparative analysis was conducted on the protective mesh used in the No.1 filling working face.The results show that the effect of supporting with metal protective mesh is better than that of supporting with polypropylene biaxially stretching protective mesh;in terms of economic benefits,while ensuring safety,the supporting scheme of using metal protective meshes for the roof of the roadway and polypropylene biaxially stretching protective meshes is optimal,greatly reducing expenses and labor consumption.
