过断层掘进巷道地面定向注浆加固与围岩支护技术

巷道穿越断层掘进时将会面临复杂的地质灾害影响,为探究沙梁矿井断层带巷道围岩的加固技术,运用COMSOL建立了地面定向注浆模型,并利用FLAC3D对注浆后的巷道支护条件进行模拟分析,同时进行工业试验.结果表明,注浆压力为15 MPa时,可以有效的充填并包裹断层,对于浆液的利用率最高.在钢架、锚杆锚索补强支护条件下,巷道围岩得到了有效控制.
Ground directional grouting reinforcement and surrounding rock supporting technology of driving roadway through fault
The roadway will face complex geological hazards when driving through faults.In order to explore the reinforcement technology of roadway surrounding rock in Shaliang Mine fault zone,a ground directional grouting model was established by using COMSOL,and FLAC3D was used to simulate and analyze the roadway supporting conditions after grouting,and industrial tests were carried out at the same time.The results show that the fault can be filled and wrapped effectively when the grouting pressure is 15 MPa,and the slurry uti-lization rate is the highest.Under the reinforcement of steel frame and anchor bolt and cable,the surrounding rock of roadway is effec-tively controlled.
