"定向长钻孔+分支孔"瓦斯抽采钻孔分段水力压裂技术研究与应用

为了解决部分煤矿在高瓦斯、主采煤层煤质碎软的情况下,常规水力压裂煤层增透技术存在压裂不均衡、覆盖范围小、定向长钻孔难以在煤层内成孔的问题,研究了"定向长钻孔+分支孔"瓦斯抽采钻孔分段水力压裂技术.利用RFPA2D-Flow软件对分段压裂关键参数进行了计算,并在山西某煤矿回风巷道施工定向长钻孔402 m,开分支孔9个,进行了 4次分段水力压裂,合计压裂注水37.2 m3,分析了分段水力压裂技术的适用情况.研究结果表明,瓦斯抽采钻孔压裂效果明显,为提高瓦斯抽采效果创造了条件.
Research and application of segmented hydraulic fracturing technology for"directional long drilling+branch hole"gas extraction drilling
In order to solve the problems of uneven fracturing,small coverage,and difficulty in forming holes in the coal seam by conven-tional hydraulic fracturing coal seam permeability enhancement technology under the condition of high gas and soft and crushed coal in individual coal mines,the segmented hydraulic fracturing technology of"directional long borehole+branch hole"gas extraction drilling was studied.RFPA2D-Flow software was used to calculate the key parameters of segmented fracturing,and 402 m of directional long borehole was constructed in Huishun roadway of a coal mine in Shanxi,9 branch holes were opened,and 4 segmented hydraulic fractu-ring were carried out,with a total fracturing water injection of 37.2 m3,and the application of segmented hydraulic fracturing technology was analyzed.The technical application results show that the fracturing effect of gas extraction drilling is obvious,which creates condi-tions for improving the gas extraction effect.
