Research on fault analysis and anti-interference treatment measures of frequency converter for mining belt conveyor
The belt conveyors are the main carriers of coal transportation systems in mines.Low failure rate and high reliability are im-portant indicators for selecting belt conveyors,which directly determine the level of safe,stable,and continuous long-term operation of transportation system equipment.The belt conveyor adopts a frequency converter drive method to effectively ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transportation system.By analyzing the communication faults between the master and slave of the frequency converter of the underground processing roadway belt conveyor,with the core of improving the anti-interference performance of the frequency convert-er,various types and methods of signal interference and on-site processing measures were proposed.The theoretical analysis and guid-ance were focused on combining on-site processing measures to improve the understanding and importance of the electromagnetic inter-ference resistance measures of the frequency converter.It has important guiding significance for the troubleshooting of frequency convert-ers in belt conveyors.
