条带膏体充填开采方案设计与研究

煤矿呆滞资源的回收尤其是建(构)筑物下、铁路下、水体下的压覆煤炭资源和边角煤的解放与再回收,成为我国煤矿开采亟待解决的难题,具有支撑柱不易风化、压缩率小、充填成本较低、适用条件广、采出率高的条带膏体充填开采技术,正日益凸显其在回收"三下"呆滞资源的技术与经济优势.针对条带充填开采设计过程中面临膏体充填方法的选择、条带充填开采顶板稳定性设计、充填开采工艺设计问题;采用理论分析将条带膏体充填与综采膏体充填作对比,突出条带充填开采的工作面布置灵活等特点;采用极限强度理论、固支梁理论、比涅乌斯基公式结合赫斯特里测试验与现场强度转换原理等理论计算与分析方法,对条带开采尺寸、条带支撑强度、充填体设计强度等充填开采相关参数设计提供解法.根据现场生产经验,对条带可采工艺、条带支护、条带端头隔离等工艺流程给出解答,为条带膏体充填方案设计提供了一种解决方案.
Design and study of strip paste backfill mining scheme
The recovery of stagnant resources in coal mines,especially the overlying coal resources under buildings,railways,and water bodies,as well as the liberation and recycling of corner coal,has become an urgent problem to be solved in China's coal mining indus-try.The strip paste filling mining technology,which has the advantages of less weathering of supporting pillars,low compression rate,low filling cost,wide applicability,and high extraction rate,is increasingly highlighting its technical and economic advantages in recovering"three underground"stagnant resources.In response to the problems faced in the design process of strip backfill mining,namely selec-tion of paste backfill method,stability design of strip backfill mining roof,and backfill mining process design,the strip backfill and fully-mechanized mining backfill was compared by using theoretical analysis,highlighting the flexible layout of the working face in strip back-fill mining.Using theoretical calculation and analysis methods such as ultimate strength theory,fixed support beam theory,Bieniawski formula combined with Hurst test and on-site strength conversion principle,the solutions for the design of backfill mining related param-eters were provided,such as strip mining size,strip support strength,and backfill body design strength.Based on on-site production ex-perience,the answers to the process flow of strip mining,strip support,and strip end isolation were provided,a solution for the design of strip paste backfill scheme was provided,too.
