基于多灾害因素区段煤柱留设宽度研究

以某矿1105工作面为研究对象,针对本矿井冲击地压灾害突出,瓦斯、煤层自燃、水害等多灾害并存条件下1105工作面区段煤柱合理留设尺寸进行研究.采用工程类比、理论计算以及有限元数值模拟等分析方法,结合矿井地质以及开采技术因素,对矿井采用吸能抗冲击支护技术留设小煤柱的可行性以及煤柱留设尺寸进行分析研究.结果表明:工作面留设宽度为10 m小煤柱可以使工作面侧向支承压力集中区域向实体煤支承区转移,降低煤柱冲击危险性,且煤柱留设宽度满足采空区隔水防火要求.
Research on reserved width of coal pillar in sections based on multi-hazard factors
Taking the No.1105 working face of a certain coal mine as the research object,the reasonable reserved size of coal pillars in the No.1105 working face section under the conditions of the mine's rock burst,high gas,coal seam spontaneous combustion,and water disaster coexisting conditions were studied.Using engineering analogy,theoretical calculations and finite element numerical simulation and other analysis methods,combining geological and mining technology factors of the mine,the feasibility of using energy-absorbing and anti-shock support technology to reserved small coal pillars and the size of the reserved coal pillars analysis.The results show that re-served small coal pillars with a width of 10 m in the working face can transfer the lateral supporting pressure concentration area of the working face to the solid coal supporting area,reducing the risk of coal pillar impact,and the width of the coal pillars can meet the re-quirements of water-proof and fire-proofing in the goaf.
