百贯沟煤矿特厚煤层开采方案与地表注浆充填减沉效果及经济效益研究

百贯沟煤矿2509工作面上方有公路、煤棚等地面设施,工作面回采过程中地表移动变形会影响地面设施的稳定性.采用了概率积分法中的有限采动方法对2509工作面开采过程的地表沉降进行了理论计算,采用了数值模拟预测了不同采高下的地表沉降.经对比不同方案的减沉效果和经济效益,推荐采用"前256 m充填开采"方案进行开采,综合考虑浆液的扩散半径与填充体的强度,浆液配比选用固化剂:粉煤灰:水为1∶5∶15,根据监测结果,减沉效果显著,桥梁减沉率为75.75%,储煤棚减沉率为86.33%,煤仓减沉率为87.17%.
Research on extra-thick coal seam mining plan and effect and economic benefits of surface grouting filling and subsidence reduction in Baiguangou Coal Mine
There are ground facilities such as roads and coal sheds above the No.2509 working face of Baiguangou Coal Mine.The movement and deformation of the ground surface during the mining process will affect the stability of the ground facilities.The limited mining method in the probability integration method was used to theoretically calculate the surface subsidence during the mining process of the No.2509 working face,and numerical simulation was used to predict the surface subsidence at different mining heights.After comparing the subsidence reduction effects and economic benefits of different plans,it was recommended to adopt the"first 256 m fill-ing mining"plan for mining.Taking into account the diffusion radius of the slurry and the strength of the filling body,the slurry ratio was selected as curing agent:fly ash:water as 1∶5∶15.According to the monitoring results,the subsidence reduction effect was signifi-cant.The bridge subsidence reduction rate was 75.75%,the coal storage shed subsidence reduction rate was 86.33%,and the coal bunker subsidence reduction rate was 87.17%.
