Distribution of spontaneous combustion"three zones"in the goaf of Dahaize Coal Mine No.20101 working face and optimization of nitrogen injection parameters
Taking the No.20101 mining face of Dahaize Coal Mine as the research object,the data obtained by monitoring the oxygen con-centration in the goaf through beam tubewere analyzed,and the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf were divided.At the same time,the mathematical model and physical model were established for the goaf,and the"three zones"numerical simulation of spon-taneous combustion was carried out.The accuracy of the simulation results was verified by the field test results,and the nitrogen injection numerical simulation was carried out according to the model to optimize the nitrogen injection parameters.The results show that the dis-tance between the inlet side and the working face from 0 to 16.01 meters is the heat dissipation zone,from 16.01 to 94.28 meters is the oxidation zone,and greater than 94.28 meters is the suffocation zone.The distance between the return air side and the working face from 0 to 5.07 meters is the heat dissipation zone,from 5.07 to 61.82 meters is the oxidation zone,and greater than 61.82 meters is the suffoca-tion zone.The nitrogen injection rate of 2 880 m3/h at a position of 30 m has a good inerting effect on the goaf of the No.20101 fully-mechanized mining face,which can meet the safety production needs of the working face and has more economic benefits.
