Research on grouting technology of surrounding rock in mining roadway of No.1366 fully-mechanized caving face in Hengda Coal Mine
In response to the problems of rock fragmentation, large deformation, and low formation rate during the excavation process of the No.1366 fully-mechanized mining face in Hengda Coal Mine, key technologies for full-section grouting modification of the surround-ing rock in the roadway was investigated.A method for modifying the surrounding rock through grouting was identified to control the de-formation of the roadway. The research results indicated the cement and multifunctional composite cement-based modification materials were selected as grouting materials.Through a series of experiments on grouting material ratios,a grouting reinforcement scheme for the surrounding rock of the roadway was designed, and the material ratios and grouting process were calculated.Using Comsol software, the diffusion range of grouting under different grouting pressures was carefully studied. The results showed that at a grouting pressure of 8 MPa,the slurry could more easily diffuse from the grouting hole to form a complete structure around the surrounding grouting holes.Field industrial experiments and mining pressure observations demonstrated the effective reinforcement of the surrounding rock through grouting, particularly with significant reinforcement effects on the roadway floor. This method is applicable to controlling fragmented sur-rounding rock, contributing to the stability of the roadway.
