济三矿煤矸井下原位智能分选系统及技术研究

针对济三煤矿井下矸石处理困难问题,通过对比分析现有井下煤矸分选技术的适应条件及优缺点,优选了井下智能分选技术的煤矸分选措施,基于济三矿井下系统布置,选择在西区胶带巷与西部胶带巷交叉附近建立了井下煤矸分选系统,并设计了济三矿井下智能分选系统布置方案.工程应用表明,该系统增加了主井有效提升能力,有效提升了矿井效益,每年可增加收入1.2亿元.
Research on in-situ intelligent sorting system and technology of coal gangue underground in Jining No.3 Coal Mine
In response to the difficulty in handling underground coal gangue in Jining No.3 Coal Mine,by comparing and analyzing the adaptability and advantages and disadvantages of existing underground coal gangue sorting technologies,the coal gangue sorting meas-ures of underground intelligent sorting technology were selected.Based on the layout of the underground system in Jining No.3 Coal Mine,an underground coal gangue sorting system was established near the intersection of the western belt roadway and the western belt roadway,and a layout plan for the intelligent sorting system in the underground of Jining No.3 Coal Mine was designed.Engineering ap-plications have shown that the system has increased the effective lifting capacity of the main shaft,effectively improving the efficiency of the mine,and can increase revenue by 120 million yuan per year.
