薄煤层密集孔切顶卸压自成巷技术研究

为彻底摆脱沿空留巷切顶爆破对火工品的依赖,同时围绕薄煤层顶板砂质泥岩岩性较软问题,实施密集切顶孔方案沿巷道老山侧顶板进行切顶卸压,留巷期间顶板的下沉量达到20 cm以内,替代切缝预裂爆破技术.通过研究表明密集孔切顶卸压有效的破坏了岩层的整体性和稳定性,阻断了采空区应力向留巷顶板的传递,有效验证了短臂梁支撑效果.
Research on self-forming roadway technology by roof cuttting and pressure relief from dense holes in thin coal seam
In order to completely get rid of the dependence on pyrotechnics of roof cuttting blasting along the gob-side entry retaining,and to solve the soft lithology of sandy mudstone on the roof of the thin coal seam,a dense roof cutting hole scheme was implemented to cut the roof and relieve pressure along the old mountain side of the roadway.During the retaining of the roadway,the subsidence of the roof reached within 20 cm,replacing the pre splitting blasting technique.Through research,it showed that dense hole top roof cuttting and pressure relief effectively destroyed the integrity and stability of the rock formation,blocked the transmission of stress from the goaf to the roof of the roadway,and effectively verified the support effect of short-arm beams.
