窄煤柱沿空巷道注浆加固技术研究

以青洼煤业21041胶带进风巷道为研究对象,针对21041巷道窄煤柱在现有支护下出现的巷道变形严重、煤柱失效破坏的难题,在已有的支护条件下,通过理论分析和数值模拟,对窄煤柱注浆加固方案及参数进行研究,并确定了对应的注浆加固方案;根据现场矿压监测结果,注浆后巷道围岩位移量得到了有效控制,注浆有效地加固了巷道,保障了工作面的安全生产.
Research on grouting reinforcement technology for narrow coal pillars gob-side entry retaining
Taking the No.21041 tape intake roadway of Qingwa Coal Industry as the research object,in response to the serious deforma-tion and failure of the narrow coal pillar in the existing support of the No.21041 roadway,the grouting reinforcement scheme and param-eters of the narrow coal pillar were studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation under the existing support conditions,and the corresponding grouting reinforcement scheme was determined;according to the on-site mining pressure monitoring results,the displacement of the roadway after grouting has been effectively controlled,and grouting has effectively reinforced the roadway,ensuring the safety production of the working face.
