近距离煤层群动压影响下巷道稳定控制技术研究

针对冯家塔煤矿1-3采区上覆3205工作面回采期间下覆3403工作面面临掘进的现状,利用数值模拟的方法,分析了上覆工作面的采动应力和下覆工作面的掘进应力叠加影响规律,确定了其影响范围为水平层位相遇前70 m至相遇后20 m,在此基础上分区域设计了相应的锚网索支护参数,最后通过实测巷道离层和变形数据表明巷道顶板离层、下沉和两帮移近位移变化均控制在10 mm以内,变形得到了有效的控制,验证了支护参数设计比较合理,保证了矿井的安全高效生产.
Research on roadway stability control technology under influence of dynami pressure of close range coal seam group
In view of the current situation of excavation faced by the overlying No.3205 working face during the mining period of the un-derlying No.3403 working face in the 1-3 mining area of Fengjiata Coal Mine,the superimposed influence law of the mining stress of the overlying working face and the driving stress of the underlying working face was analyzed by using the numerical simulation method,and the influence range was determined to be 70 m before the horizontal horizon meeting to 20 m after the horizontal horizon meeting.On this basis,the corresponding supporting parameters of anchor net cable were designed in different regions.Finally,the measured data of road-way separation and deformation showed that the roof separation,subsidence,and displacement changes of the two sides were all con-trolled within 10 mm,and the deformation was effectively controlled.This verified that the supporting parameter design was reasonable and ensured the safe and efficient production of the mine.
