特厚煤层卸压瓦斯定向钻孔精准抽采关键技术研究

针对某矿近距离煤层群开采瓦斯防治难题,研究了特厚坚硬煤层卸压瓦斯定向钻孔精准抽采关键技术,优化了定向长钻孔抽采突出煤层卸压瓦斯技术参数,确定了卸压后采空区高浓度瓦斯的富集区域.根据煤层群开采顺序,建立了煤层群定向高位长钻孔、普通钻孔及地面钻井的联合、立体瓦斯抽采体系,确保了煤层群的安全开采.
Research on key technologies for precise drilling and extraction of pressure relief gas in extra-thick coal seams
Aiming at the problem of gas prevention and control in close range coal seam group mining in a coal mine,the key technology of accurate extraction by directional drilling with pressure relief gas in extra-thick and hard coal seam was studied,the technical parame-ters of directional long drilling for pressure relief gas extraction in protruding coal seams were optimized,and the enrichment area of high concentration gas in goaf after pressure relief was determined.According to the mining sequence of the coal seam group,a joint three-dimensional gas extraction system of directional high-level long drilling,common drilling and surface drilling in coal seam group was es-tablished to ensure the safe mining of each coal seam in coal seam group.
