Analysis of physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock mass in Haichatan Coal Mine under different temperature changes
The physical and mechanical properties of rock under freezing state are the main basis for the design of freezing method.Tak-ing the rock strata of the main and auxiliary shafts in Haicetan mine field as the research object,the mechanical properties and failure characteristics of medium-grained sandstone,mudstone and coarse-grained sandstone at three different temperatures of-5,-10 and-15 ℃ were studied by uniaxial and triaxial compression tests.The results show that the elastic modulus and uniaxial compressive strength of the three types of rocks are negatively correlated with temperature,and Poisson's ratio is positively correlated with tempera-ture.The triaxial compressive strength of medium-grained sandstone and coarse-grained sandstone with hard lithology increases first and then decreases with the decrease of temperature,while the mudstone with soft lithology shows an increasing trend.The failure character-istics of rock triaxial compression test under low temperature conditions are mainly oblique shear.
