Research and application of intelligent aging detection line with storage system
Mine flameproof and intrinsically safe power supply belongs to explosion-proof electrical equipment used in explosive gas en-vironment.It is required in the national standard GB3836 that the aging time shall not be less than 48 hours.Due to the large weight of the explosion-proof power supply,it has been laid out on the ground for a long time and subjected to manual aging and inspection.In re-sponse to the problems such as high workload,low inspection efficiency,and poor automation,a vertical intelligent aging detection line was designed,which is fully automated and unmanned through PAD scanning and binding,AGV production line transportation,stacker entering and exiting the warehouse,and upper computer management of programmable instruments for inspection.The stacker adopted an ultra-thin fork tooth design,the space utilization was improved and the problem of power supply entering and exiting the workstation was solved.The tray compatibility design and probe docking design solved the problem of flexible inspection.The structuring and traceability of detection data improved the informatization level of the production line.
