核桃峪矿"三机"选型及应用实践

随着综采放顶煤工艺的发展,工作面液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机"三机"设备的成套化、智能化供给成了业内共识,这可以有效解决单机配套性不合理及通信协议不统一的矛盾.为此,通过研究"三机"设备的选型理论,结合核桃峪煤矿的周边矿井配套数据,确定了 2804工作面"三机"设备型号及设备配置参数;单一厂家供货,可提升配套效率,也便于统一通信协议.同时,通过对开采过程中一些影响开采效率问题的解决及智能化应用的探索,稳定生产达到6刀/d.
Selection and application of"three machines"in Hetaoyu Mine
With the development of fully-mechanized top coal caving technology,it has become a consensus in the industry that the com-plete set and intelligent supply of"three machines"equipment such as hydraulic support,shearer and scraper at the working face can effectively solve the contradiction of unreasonable matching of single machines and inconsistent communication protocols.Therefore,we have determined the model and configuration parameters of the"three machines"equipment in the No.2804 working face by studying the selection theory of the"three machines"equipment and combining the supporting data of the surrounding mines of Hetaoyu Mine.The supply from a single manufacturer can improve the matching efficiency and facilitate the unified communication protocol.At the same time,through the solution of some problems affecting mining efficiency in the mining process and the exploration of intelligent ap-plication,the stable production reaches 6 knives/day.
