Experimental study of epoxy-polyurethane waterproof materials based on roadway expansion joints
In the water leakage of underground mining engineering,the leakage of expansion joints in the roadway accounts for nearly 90%of the total water leakage,and the leakage of expansion joints is the main disaster of underground mining engineering,which brings serious safety hazards to underground buildings.In order to improve the water-stopping and leakage plugging of roadway expansion joints,the water-stopping materials prepared by polymerization of polyurethane and epoxy resin were modified to enhance the physical and mechanical properties of pol-yurethane materials,so that the materials can more widely used in water-stopping materials in roadway expansion joints.Epoxy resin was used to modify waterborne polyurethane,and the epoxy value,epoxy resin content and reaction temperature were taken as three main variables to analyze their effects on the properties of polyurethane materials.The results show that epoxy resin E-44 and epoxy resin E-51 were used to modify waterborne polyurethane when studying different epoxy values,and the compressive strength and viscosity of epoxy resin E-51 modified polyurethane material were better than those of epoxy resin E-44.With the increase of reaction temperature,the coagulation rate of polyure-thane materials gradually accelerates,and the coagulation time gradually decreases.Epoxy resin E-51 can improve the physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane materials,when the content of epoxy resin is 10%,the tensile strength,compressive strength,bonding strength,wa-terproof water pressure and elongation at break of polyurethane materials are 0.70,0.77,1.12,0.50 MPa and 95%,respectively.
