Numerical analysis and monitoring experimental research on mining subsidence law of fully-mechanized caving face with large-height mining
In order to study the surface subsidence and deformation law of shallow buried deep and fully-mechanized caving face with large-height mining in Jinjitan Coal Mine, the surface movement law of shallow buried deep and fully-mechanized caving face with large-height mining was obtained through various means such as field monitoring, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.By drawing the surface subsidence, inclination, curvature, horizontal movement, horizontal deformation and subsidence velocity change curves along the strike and inclination of the main section during the mining process of the working face, the dynamic moving parameters such as the starting distance of surface movement, the leading influence angle, the maximum sinking speed lag angle, and the duration of the moving process were determined.According to the final observation results of surface subsidence and horizontal displacement, the angular pa-rameters after the stabilization of surface movement were determined, including the boundary angle, movement angle, crack angle,maxi-mum subsidence angle, and full mining angle along strike and inclination.According to the geological mining conditions of the No.117 working face, the numerical calculation model of mining subsidence was constructed, and the FLAC3D computer simulation software was used to reveal the displacement distribution characteristics and stress distribution characteristics of the rock layer and the surface caused by the mining of shallow buried deep and large-height mining, and through the analysis of the plastic zone, the height of the falling frac-ture zone above the mining area was 120 m,the estimated depth of the surface mining crack was less than 27 meters, and the entire min-ing depth was 260 m.The subsidence curves obtained through simulation analysis, theoretical calculation, and on-site measurement were basically consistent, showing that the subsidence under fully-mechanized caving face with large-height mining can be effectively moni-tored through the combination of the three. These findings can provide a reliable scientific basis for the ground protection of Jinjitan Coal Mine and its similar mining geological conditions.
