燃煤电厂锅炉连排水余热回收利用研究

通过对当前锅炉连排水利用相关技术的研究分析,针对所研究燃煤电厂锅炉连排水余热回收利用所需要解决的技术难点,对当前设备进行了优化改造,设计了多喷嘴雾化减温器,使得锅炉汽包连续排污工质和热量以减温水的形式实现100%回收利用,在满足节能减排的同时,获得了较高的社会和经济效益.
Study on recovery and utilization of waste heat from continuous drainage of boiler in coal-fired power plant
Through research and analysis of technologies related to the utilization of continuous drainage from the current boiler,address-ing the technical challenges associated with recovering and utilizing the waste heat from continuous drainage in a studied coal-fired pow-er plant boiler,optimization and retrofitting of the existing equipment were conducted.A multi-nozzle atomizing desuperheater was de-signed,enabling 100%recovery and utilization of the working fluid and heat from boiler steam drum continuous drainage in the form of desalinated water,while meeting energy conservation and emission reduction,it achieved high social and economic benefits.
