基于瓦斯涌出的掘进工作面突出危险快速辨识方法及应用

针对掘进工作面钻屑指标法等接触式突出危险预测方法存在的耗时长、无法连续预测等问题,提出了基于掘进工作面瓦斯涌出特征的突出危险辨识方法,建立了包括瓦斯涌出量、瓦斯解吸、瓦斯波动和瓦斯趋势共4类特征指标的突出危险辨识指标体系,研究了基于辨识率、辨识准确率、辨识误报率和辨识漏报率的突出危险快速辨识技术,并开发了突出危险快速辨识系统.在西山煤电集团的突出矿井的应用结果表明,突出危险快速辨识系统能够快速、连续且准确辨识掘进工作面的突出危险性,对典型的动力现象具备超前辨识能力,辨识准确率达到100%,同时节约近30%的预测钻孔施工量.
Rapid identification method and its application of outburst danger in driving face based on gas emission
Aiming at the problems of long time-consuming and discontinuous prediction of contact outburst hazard prediction methods such as drilling cuttings index of driving face,the outburst hazard identification method was put forward based on gas emission charac-teristics of driving face and the outburst hazard identification index system was established,including four characteristic indexes:gas e-mission,gas desorption,gas fluctuation and gas trend.On the basis of identification rate,identification accuracy,identification false a-larm rate and identification missing alarm rate,the rapid identification technology of outburst hazard was studied.Then,the rapid identi-fication system of outburst hazard was developed.The above results were widely used in the outburst mines of Xishan Coal and Electrici-ty Company.The results show that the rapid identification system of outburst danger can quickly,continuously and accurately identify the outburst danger of driving face,and has the ability to identify typical dynamic phenomena in advance.The identification accuracy reached 100%,while saving nearly 30%of the predicted drilling construction volume.
