煤矿井下主斜井大倾角胶带输送机技术改造研究

矿井改扩建期间,主斜井胶带输送机能否及时安装到位并正常运转,直接关系到后续各项工作的正常开展.分析了该主斜井胶带输送机存在的主要问题,提出了技改设计方案,对主斜井大倾角胶带输送机卸载、驱动装置进行了改造,设计了结构简单、实用效果明显的胶带输送机逆止装置,同时优化改造了防滚落装置和安全防护装置.与系统改造前相比,主运煤系统出煤时间提前了 240 d,保证了矿井各项改扩建工程的施工进度和井下生产准备阶段的出煤需要,具有很好的技术推广和应用前景.
Research on technical transformation of large dip angle belt conveyor in coal mine main inclined shaft
Whether the main inclined shaft belt conveyor can be timely installed and operate normally during the reconstruction and ex-pansion period of the mine will directly affect the progress of subsequent work.The main problems existing in the main inclined shaft belt conveyor were analyzed,a technical transformation design scheme was put forward,the unloading and driving devices of the large dip angle belt conveyor in main inclined shaft were modified,and a simple and practical reverse device for the belt conveyor was de-signed.At the same time,the anti-rolling device and safety protection device were optimized and modified.Compared to before the sys-tem renovation,the coal delivery time of the main coal transportation system has been advanced by 240 days,ensuring the construction progress of various renovation and expansion projects in the mine and the coal discharge needs in the underground production prepara-tion stage.It has good technical promotion and application prospects.
