为解决煤柱留设不合理而导致的资源浪费问题,以高家梁煤矿40102工作面为工程背景,通过数值模拟以及理论分析的方法对辅运大巷煤柱留设尺寸进行优化研究.从巷道变形及应力分布角度进行模拟分析,煤柱留设尺寸减小5~25 m均可行.根据理论分析,以核区率为75%以上作为安全判断标准,优化方案中仅方案1符合矿山安全生产标准,确定了煤柱留设尺寸宽度为55 m.研究成果为辅运大巷护巷煤柱尺寸优化提供了借鉴,有助于煤炭资源回收.
Optimization of the size of coal pillars reserved for auxiliary transportation roadway protection
In order to solve the problem of waste of resources caused by unreasonable coal pillar reserved,taking the No.40102 working face of Gaojialiang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the size of auxiliary transportation roadway coal pillar reserved was opti-mized through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.From the perspective of roadway deformation and stress distribution,simula-tion analysis showed that reducing the size of coal pillars reserved by 5-25 m was feasible.According to theoretical analysis,the nucle-ar zone rate of more than 75%was the safety judgment standard,only scheme 1 met the standard of mine safety production.The width of the coal pillar reserved size was determined to be 55 m.The research results provide reference for the optimization of the size of coal pillars in auxiliary transportation roadway protection,which is helpful for coal resource recovery.
