影响一氧化碳传感器稳定运行因素分析

一氧化碳气体不仅是研判煤矿井下是否发生火灾的重要指标,同时也是煤矿井下的主要有毒有害气体之一,是导致人员中毒死亡而引起重大伤亡事故的重要因素.通过自制试验装置模拟井下环境,分析一氧化碳气体、井下水汽等因素对一氧化碳传感器的影响,研究结果可为有效防止一氧化碳传感器采集数据失真现象提供依据.
Analysis of factors affecting stable operation of carbon monoxide sensors
Carbon monoxide gas is not only an important indicator for determining whether a fire has occurred underground in coal mines,but also one of the main toxic and harmful gases in coal mines.It is an important factor leading to poisoning and death of person-nel and resulting in significant casualties and accidents.By simulating the underground environment with a self-made experimental de-vice,the influence of factors such as carbon monoxide gas and underground water vapor on carbon monoxide sensors was analyzed.The research results can provide a basis for effectively preventing data distortion in the collection of carbon monoxide sensors.
