针对黑龙煤业12采区水仓附近上山巷道出现的泥岩段存在锚索剪断、两帮碎胀变形大、帮锚杆存在剪切破断、底鼓严重的问题,采用现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟和现场工业性试验等方法,开展了12采区水仓巷道围岩控制技术的研究.基于12采区水仓泥岩段矿压显现特征及变形失稳原因分析,提出采用高强支护技术并在现场进行了工业性试验,有效控制了黑龙煤业12采区水仓巷道围岩大变形,取得了良好的围岩控制效果,保障了矿井水仓的正常使用.
High strength supporting technology and application of water silo in 12th mining area of Heilong Coal Industry
In view of the problems of anchor cable shear,large dilatation deformation of two sides,shear breakage of side bolts and seri-ous floor heave in the mudstone section near the water silo in the 12th mining area of Heilong Coal Industry,the surrounding rock con-trol technology of the water silo roadway in the 12 th mining area was studied by using the methods of field investigation,theoretical anal-ysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ore pressure and the causes of deforma-tion and instability of water silo mudstone section in the 12th mining area,the high strength supporting technology was proposed and the industrial test was carried out in the field,which effectively controlled the large deformation of surrounding rock of water silo roadway in the 12th mining area,and obtained good surrounding rock control effect,ensuring the normal use of mine water silo.
